Birthday Party Guidelines
- Available to members and non-members of the center
- Maximum number of children:12 (unless special arrangements are made in advance)
- Host adult(s) must be present at all times
- Children must bring their own towels, water toys, flotation devices, etc… (Wellness Center equipment is not available)
- Client must provide all food, drinks and decorations
- All food and drinks must be kept in the aerobics room
- Client is responsible for general clean up of the area
- Attendees must follow all pool use policies and the directions of the lifeguard on duty
- Times available: Saturday or Sunday 2:30-4:30 PM
- Set up 2:00-2:30; Pool access 2:30-3:45; Party Room 3:45-4:15; Clean up 4:15-4:30
- $75 per group ($25 deposit required at reservation; $50 balance payable the day of the party)

POOL RULES
1. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Please shower before entering.
3. Wearing water shoes in pool area and changing rooms is recommended.
4. No horseplay, diving, running or jumping from the deck.
5. No glass containers, food or alcohol allowed. Anyone suspected of alcohol or drug use will be asked to leave.
6. Individuals with open wounds, sores or rashes should not enter. Use of approved waterproof bandages will allow access.
7. Do not enter if you have/had diarrhea within the last 2 weeks. Individuals who are incontinent and children who are not potty trained must use “swim pants”.
8. Swimming allowed only when lifeguard is on duty or when other suitable supervision is provided.
9. Wellness Center pool equipment is not available for use.
10. Evacuation of pools during thunder/electrical storms is mandatory.
11. Pool parties are in the lap pool only. (Therapy pool not available.)
