Experience an ancient system of relaxation and rejuvenation. Through the use of gentle movement, postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation one can improve physical and emotional health. Yoga postures strengthen, stretch and tone the entire body while proper breathing brings energy and vitality which calms the mind. Relaxation and meditation relieve stress and rejuvenate memory and thinking.

Basic/Intermediate Yoga: for all first-timers and those with yoga experience. This program will teach the basic shapes and poses (asana).

- Each program will be four (8) weeks.
- Cost is $40 for members and $80 for non-members.
